Spokane County Commissioners recently opened American Rescue Plan funds to support tourism, travel and hospitality as we continue to emerge from COVID-19. Complete details about how to apply for funds can be found on the Spokane County ARP website.
In general, funds can be used to reimburse successful applicants for “aid for planned renovations, improvements, and/or upgrade of service delivery expansion within tourism, travel and hospitality, delayed do to the pandemic.” The proposal must include baseline metrics and ability to report outcome impacts.
All projects must be completed or provide a fully detailed executable budget by June 30, 2024 and expended by December 31, 2026.
